Great start to the new year at this hotel! Loved the beautiful lobby and comfy rooms. the location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the delicious food and the variety of drinks offered at the bars. the pool was large and had plenty of sun beds to relax on.
The staff could have been more attentive and had better customer service skills. the elevators were often crowded and slow.

A very nice hotel.reception staff very friendly.the main lobby and the bars are a bit cold, otherwise no other problem. It would be better if they could serve dinner till 10 pm instead of nine. All in all this is a good hotel and its also not very far from the air port.
Nothing major

We were delighted with the great location of the hotel, as it was just near the beach. the proximity to the beach allowed us to enjoy the beautiful seaside views and take relaxing walks along the shore. we were excited to see the little playground next to the bar at the beach, which was perfect for our kids to enjoy while we relaxed. we really enjoyed the ease of access to the Saturday Antalya market, where we could explore and experience the local culture.
We did notice that the smoking area was located outside the restaurant, which was a bit inconvenient for non-smokers like us.

The hotel was fabulous in terms of facilities. The room we booked had sea view, it was spacious, extremely clean and confortable. The room service was great also. We were on our honey moon and really do not have one single major complaint. Food was also pretty amazing, the swimming pools gorgeous and well cared. The only annoying thing was that we had a hard time getting internet connection, even though they said that they had wireless in the whole hotel. In the room there was zero signal. You needed to go to the lobby to use internet on your own computer and even there the signal was poor. But that did not spoil our stay. I would definitely go back, especially with children. That is paradise for young families!
Poor wireless connection.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Antalya. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and there was always plenty of staff available to keep everything in top condition.
Nothing bad to say.

The room was nice, the food had some variety for meat lovers and they were always flexible about everything. But I have to say that the best thing about the place is the weather and the beach, which are the same for all the other hotels. The pastery is really good.
The food has little option for vegetarians, and the core dishes are pasta, piza and fried food. The restaurants that you can use once a week take 2h to serve food and it is not any different from the main restaurant. The staf is quite nice and they put an effort but they have real trouble communicating since most only speak Turkish. For people travelling without kids I wouldnt recommend this place. It is to noisy with kids screaming and playing all around. Evenning shows and day activities are really lame. But than again it might be thought to entertain children. If you decide to go and you are staying in the first floor be carefull when you take the stairs on the right, 5th and 6th steps are smaller than the rest and might make you fall like my pregnant wife and many others I saw during my stay. Finaly, I filed a complaint on a small matter but the hotel guest relations were not even polite enough to answer me back.

Good swimming facilities for children.
The hotel is more like a 3 star. Food and drink are cheap, rooms are very tired, eating in dining room us like being in a army canteen. The beach setup is not very nice. The funfair did not operate at stipulated times.

The hotel is a luxurious venue that offers exclusive amenities such as an outstanding restaurant, a well-equipped Spa & wellness centre, and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers, surrounded by a manicured garden area. the staff provides excellent service and is extremely friendly, fulfilling all of my luxurious needs. the beach umbrellas are a nice touch, and the leisure/TV room is perfect for a relaxing evening.
the hotel offers many other beverage options, such as the poolside snack bar and beach bar.

- Food - Staff - Clean Pools - Animation team and variety of games during the day - Comfortable rooms
- Shops are expensive and rip-off - Night shows are a bit boring as the same group of dancers perform for different shows. They need to invite professional performers.

They had good entertaiment team. Show is also good,
But miniclub disco could be better. Not the same every day and there is not only english speaking children there. It should be more songs in different language.
